Australia
Westpac Group has appointed David Stephen to the position of Chief Risk Officer, following the retirement of Alexandra Holcomb.
ANZ has appointed Ron Spector to the position of Managing Director, New Business, Emerging Technology and Ventures.
The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has appointed Mark Adams to the position of Executive General Manager, Specialised Institutions Division.
Heritage Bank has appointed Paul Williams to the position of Chief Financial Officer.
The Federal Government has appointed Leilani Frew to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Infrastructure and Project Financing Agency.
The Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) has appointed Richard Enthoven as President of the Insurance Council and Chairman of the Board.
ANZ has announced retirement of Chief Risk Officer Nigel Williams at the end of March 2018.
Suncorp Group has appointed Lindsay Tanner (former Minister for Finance) as a non-executive director.
Credit Union Australia (CUA) has appointed Kyle Loades as independent Non-Executive Director on the CUA Board, effective 1 December 2017.

The Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) has appointed Mandy Rutherford to the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective Monday 5 March 2018.
BNZ has also appointed Angela Mentis to the position of Managing Director and CEO of BNZ, succeeding Anthony Healy.
ANZ has appointed Sharon Zollner to the position of Chief Economist for the bank’s New Zealand arm.

Citi Group has appointed Jayne Opperman to the position of Head of Technology, APAC & EMEA.
Standard Chartered has appointed Liam Gilligan to the position of Head of eXellerator Lab, the bank’s dedicated innovation lab.
Maybank has appointed Dr John Lee Hin Hock to the position of Chief Executive Officer, Maybank Singapore effective 1 December 2017.
Maybank has also appointed Gilbert Kohnke to the position of Group Chief Risk Officer, effective 1 November 2017.
Manulife has appointed Dr Khoo Kah Siang to the position of Chief Executive Officer for Manulife Singapore.
QBE Australia and New Zealand has appointed Craig Mauger to the position of Regional Manager, Northern Region Broker Distribution.
QBE Insurance has also appointed Inder Singh as interim ANZO Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 November, with current ANZO CEO Pat Regan taking over as Group CEO of QBE in the new year.
