Biography

With over 35 years in the Queensland Government, Andrew Spina has extensive experience in leading and transforming the delivery of government services including Information Communication and Technology services.

Andrew has undertaken Deputy Director-General and Assistant Director-General roles providing strategic leadership to service delivery organisations across government including responsibility for CITEC, ICT Strategic Sourcing, Smart Service Queensland, Queensland State Archives, the One-Stop Shop Program and Digital Economy Development programs.

Andrew’s previous appointments include Associate Director-General, Government ICT, Department of Public Works and Chief Information Officer, Department of Communities.
