Angus Luffman, Senior GM, Consumer Products, was promoted to the role of Managing Director, New Zealand in January 2018 and relocated from Sydney to Auckland with his family.
Angus has been with the organisation for over 15 years and has been a valued member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Among his many achievements he ran the CCR program for the business from 2009, implementing the customer pilot and readying the consumer bureau for all the regulatory, data and product changes needed for the transition to CCR. As part of this he has built a highly competent Consumer Risk product team from the ground up.
Earlier in his time with the company, he ran a range of functions in Finance focussed on M&A, investor relations and established the business planning function.
