Anita Hawthorne is General Manager, Customer Experience at Air New Zealand. Since joining Air New Zealand in 1999, Anita has held a variety of different positions including Head of Business Performance and Capability, Head of Logistics, Head of Procurement Excellence and Manager Airpoints. The strategic, commercial and supplier knowledge gained in these roles combined with her key project implementation experience has provided Anita with a great insight right across the airline. Anita studied at Auckland University, is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
