Arvind joined the insurance industry after nearly 20 years in the Consumer Goods industry, and brings with him a strong passion for customer centricity and experiences driving digital transformations across business and technology domains. He has lived in India, Philippines, USA and Singapore.
Arvind is a lean/ agile champion, enjoys leading cross-functional teams, and organization capability building. He believes that technology is driving more and more industries into exponential growth and disruption that will affect every facet of our lives and will surprise even the most visionary among us. He is excited to have a role in creating the future.
Arvind is an Industrial Engineer and an MBA in Finance. He loves learning and tinkering, and has a lab at home where he can often be caught playing with 3D Printers, Raspberry PIs, Micro:bits, Robots, Home Automation, Cloud Services, Audio/Video equipment, Cameras, Telescopes and various combinations of the above.
