Astrud’s career spans more than 20 years of marketing and data roles in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom, including senior positions in banks, finance companies and advertising agencies, giving a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
As a member of ANZ New Zealand’s Leadership team she holds two key areas of responsibility.
As Head of Data Astrud is responsible for ensuring ANZ effectively leverages data and analytics to create real competitive advantage. This is an end-to-end role including establishing strategic priorities, building the group’s data infrastructure, and developing the human, financial, technical, operational, cultural and governance capabilities needed to achieve our data ambition.
As Head of Marketing Astrud is also responsible for the continued growth and development of New Zealand’s leading financial services brand. This includes leading all brand and marketing initiatives across ANZ’s NZ business, including retail, business, corporate, agri and institutional banking, as well as ANZ’s sponsorship activities.
