Billy Miller was appointed to the newly created role of Data & Analytics Director for IAG (NZ) in late 2016. As such, he is responsible for helping New Zealand’s largest insurer be customer led, data driven and digitally enabled. As well as financial services, Billy’s career spans retail, public sector and the airline industry across UK and NZ. He loves to operate in the intersection of business, technology and analytics to find innovative new ways to delight customers.
