Biography
Cherdchai is Head of Group Digital Transformation at FWD and is responsible for FWD’s digital transformation agenda. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Cherdchai is intimate with digital customer experience, marketing, direct and intermediated distribution, technology and process optimisation domains.
Prior to joining FWD Group, Cherdchai was responsible for leading digital teams with AIG, ANZ Bank, HSBC and DBS Bank.
