David Forman

David Forman leads Macquarie Telecom Group’s engagement and advocacy with Federal and State Government policy makers and regulators. In this role, he co-ordinates Macquarie’s policy research program. In recent years has included the commissioning of research into the capacity of medium sized public and private enterprises to respond to the increasing demands represented by the growing cyber security risks, and arranging visits from international experts to discuss the evolving thinking about how governments need to protect themselves and their nations.

David has 20 years of experience representing industry to government, with a focus on areas where rapidly moving technology meets regulation and policy.
