David Marcus

David Marcus is A/g Director, Business Improvement at the NSW Information and Privacy Commission. He has previously been an SES officer in the Australian Public Service and consulted to governments across Australia on governance, evaluation and project delivery for agencies such the Health Insurance Commission/Medicare Australia, local Indigenous health bodies, the Attorney General’s Department and the Australian National Audit Office. In his current role he has led a number of change management initiatives in NSW and nationally involving better use of IT, data and performance metrics to drive improvement in regulatory activities and compliance
