Biography
Donna Cooper joined TSB as CEO in July 2018. She is a proven business leader whose authentic, collaborative, modern and agile leadership style, creates high-performing teams that deliver growth.
Donna joined TSB from The Warehouse Group Financial Services (2017-2018), where as Chief Executive she was tasked with significantly improving performance ahead of its sale. Prior to that, Donna was Director and GM of Baycorp NZ (2014-2017). Between 1998 and 2012, Donna worked with American Express International in Europe, Australia, NZ and India.
Donna is a Member of the NZ Institute of Directors, serves on the Banking Ombudsman Scheme Board and is Chair of the NZ Bankers’ Association Domestic Banks Group.
