Doris Tidd is the Head of Governance and Assurance for Latitude Financial Services, a leading digital payments and finance business in Australia and New Zealand. With over 20 years’ experience in cyber security, information security risk management, identity and access management, digital application security, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), security transformation and strategy, Doris has played a leading role in evolving Latitude’s Governance and Assurance capability to ensure information security is implemented and operated in the way it should be, adhering to regulatory requirements as well as policies, standards.
With a strong focus on building and growing teams and capabilities, Doris is passionate about communication with business stakeholders in order to uplift cyber security, awareness and understanding of associated risks.
At Latitude, Doris aims to uplift security risk maturity through real-time visibility across the threat landscape and control environment, with a key focus on helping to protect Latitude’s crown jewels!
Before joining Latitude in 2018, Doris spent over 8 years with AGL, where she looked after Application Security services, including Identity and Access Mangaement, Governance Risk and Compliance and Application Security.
