Dr Cecilia Ridgley is a master change maker recognised for the ability to transform organisations to customer-centric digital businesses. Currently the Senior Leader for Strategic Innovation in ACT Government’s Shared Services ICT, Cecilia is leading strategic digital change through three converging pathways: 

 

1. Setting and driving SSICT’s Strategic Vision 2020+, 

2. delivering digital experiments, like RPA  to break new ground for citizen-centric service delivery in ACT Government, and 

3. creating new cultural concepts within public service frameworks to drive innovation and break down organisational silos for SSICT.
