Dr. Soranun Jiwasurat is currently the Deputy Executive Director at ETDA. His expertise is as follows:
• Builds and oversees the security and forensics teams to handle a variety of cybersecurity incidents and cybercrime cases for both public and private sectors.
• Manages and oversees the operations of ThaiCERT (Thailand Computer Emergency Response Team). ThaiCERT, a national and government funded CSIRT, provides an official point of contact for dealing with computer security incidents in Thai Internet community. • Provides security consulting and auditing services to government agencies. Highlights include being a lead consultant in ISMS 27001:2005 implementation and being a lead technical penetration team.
• Provides academic services on IT security topics to academic institutions, public and private sectors.
• Develops secure electronic document platform and promotes TeDA (Trusted electronic Document Authority) services to both public and private sectors
