In his role, Emmett drives the strategic direction for HSBC New Zealand’s Retail Banking and Wealth Management business. In addition, he is responsible for all Product Development and Management (including liabilities, assets and cards), Customer Relations, Business Risk & Control, Voice of the Customer and Digital capabilities. He also has oversight of the retail incentive framework and overall business performance of the retail bank in NZ.
