Ferdo joined the Prudential Thailand in February 2016. He is responsible for PLT’s IT and technology operations and development as well as, overseeing the PMO and business transformation unit called PruLab.
He is very passionate about driving the digital and transformation agenda across the whole company, building responsive and adaptive teams and repositioning the role of technology within the insurance business.
He started his career as a Software Engineer at CSC in Slovakia. Prior to joining the Prudential family, Ferdo spent the past 16 years with Allianz in various local and regional senior roles across the whole Asian region.
