Biography
GG Kam has over 20 years of experience in the areas of marketing, communication and brand management (both digital and off line touch-points to drive customer experience), customer analytics, customer relationship management including customer journey mapping, product strategy, new leads generation as well as corporate communication and media crisis management.
GG is currently the Chief Customer Experience Officer (CCXO) of AXA AFFIN Life Insurance. She leads several key departments such as Marketing, Brand & Communications, Digital, Digital-Marketing Tele-Marketing (DM/TM), Product Management, Pricing and Transformation CX.
