Greg is an experienced architect with a passion for using modern techniques, platforms and tools to outstrip the capabilities of traditional, entrenched organisations. He has worked at many Australian banks, wealth organisations and insurance companies as a software developer, technology leader, solution architect and now as CIO. Greg co-founded Xinja with Eric, and led the architecture from the outset to establish the vision of a whole new bank, with none of the baggage of older, legacy banking systems and processes.
