Biography
Jane Derbyshire is the General Manager Organisational Services at the New Zealand Red Cross. In this role she leads the delivery and improvement of national financial management and commercial services including IT and cyber-security. Prior to moving into the NFP sector Jane held senior leadership roles at the Treasury and MFAT. Jane started her career as an officer in the New Zealand Army and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. Jane enjoys, and is a passionate advocate for, driving organisational change, diversity & inclusion, culture change and enabling high performing, engaged teams.
