Biography
Jay started at Whanganui District Council in 2002 and has held various roles from Database Administrator, Senior Developer, and currently Business Improvements Lead.
He oversee the continuous improvement of business processes, using technology to bring about digital change for the better and providing ways to help our customers do business with us in ways that benefit them.
