Joanne Kadlecik is the Chief Operating Officer at Defence Health, appointed in December 2014. She has over 25 years of extensive experience in the insurance and business process outsourcing industries. She has managed and lead direct contact centres and shared service operations through both growth and transformational change.
Joanne oversees the daily operations at Defence Health, with a key focus is leading the member delivery and information technology functions, to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
Prior to joining Defence Health, Joanne was General Manager at Serco, responsible for the operations of the outsourced contact centre of the Australian Tax Office, and before that was the General Manager, Operations for TAL Direct (InsuranceLine) for ten years.
