As General Manager Customer Product and Innovation, Joe leads all aspects of Kiwi Wealth’s proposition development, distribution, innovation, product and marketing. A key focus of his role has been the build out Kiwi Wealth’s robo-advice offering using customer led proposition design to increase engagement and raise financial capability. Joe has over 15 years’ experience in financial services in both London and New Zealand.
