Joel’s current role as Head of Architecture and Security at Fidelity Life involves spearheading the strategic technology leadership in architecture and information security programs. He has astutely developed a technology roadmap, ensuring optimisation of technology operation costs to increase operational efficiency and maximise revenue. Furthermore, he is responsible for defining cloud, infrastructure and security strategies, metrics, reporting mechanisms and programme services to initiate progress and growth across Fidelity Life.
