John is the Head of Innovation for government business workstreams at ServiceNow where he helps public sector organizations drive innovation and provides innovation opportunities into the ServiceNow product portfolio. He is a hands-on practitioner who is passionate about making the world of work, work better for people.

During his work across many technology sectors, John has designed and built a range of advanced automation control systems and software solutions for government and commercial industries.

He has always been at the leading edge of technology adoption and change and seeks to use technology to create meaningful outcomes for clients.

He is a strong advocate of design thinking to create and inspire successful innovation.

John holds a master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University.
