Jon joined the office in July 2018 and is responsible for policy and dispute resolution investigations teams. Immediately prior to joining, Jon was the Head of Trust & Safety at Trade Me and was heavily involved in the company’s introduction of transparency reporting. Jon is Deputy Chair of Netsafe and sits on the Consumer NZ Advisory Board. Jon has a keen interest in technology and emerging data gathering practices.
