Josh joined CUA in June 2014. He leads the teams responsible for CUA’s two wholly owned insurance subsidiaries, CUA Health Ltd and Credicorp Insurance Pty Ltd.
During his time at CUA, Josh has led the integration of the two insurance subsidiaries into one business unit, replaced the entire private health insurance product suite and improved digital service pathways for members. Josh’s focus is on improving member experience and health outcomes for CUA members.
Prior to joining CUA, Josh was an Australian Government insurance regulator, with responsibilities for mergers, acquisitions and transactions, as well as creating prudential standards to address emerging industry risks.
Josh has also held roles in health policy development and program management across a diverse range of areas, including GP financing, HIV/AIDS, Indigenous health and population health.
