She is known for being passionate about the customer and being the voice and advocate for the customer … changing the organisation from the inside.

She leads teams to make improvements to the experience – from the nitty gritty day to day experiences to the ‘blue sky’ ones.

After consulting to major corporations, Katynka has worked across the financial services industry, currently at MetLife Australia as the Head of Customer Experience.
