Biography
Laura is a key contributor to Heartland Bank’s digital transformation objective, leading the progression of this through developing and implementing the bank’s first savings and deposits mobile app.
Extending capabilities though digital channels and driving innovation is a key passion for Laura. In her current role she is also focussed on improving the customer experience throughout their digital journeys.
Before Heartland Bank, Laura worked in senior roles across government, financial services consulting and banking.
