Lisa Frazier is an experienced corporate executive, public company board director and start-up entrepreneur. Lisa’s expertise includes building digital businesses, designing customer experiences, venture investing, innovation including the application of emerging technologies.
Lisa is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Judo Bank, is a purpose-built challenger bank providing financial services to small and medium-sized businesses. Lisa is responsible for the “engine” of the bank – Product, Data, Technology, Digital and Operations.
Previously, Lisa was the Chief Innovation Officer for Wells Fargo in San Francisco, an enterprise-wide organization devoted to accelerating the company’s delivery of next-generation, customer-inspired products and services.
Lisa was previously the Chief Digital Officer for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). Earlier in her career at McKinsey & Company, Lisa was a Partner in New York and San Francisco, Lisa is also an active member of the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem advising companies on growth. She founded a Bay Area media start-up and was SigFig’s Chief Operating Officer.
