Lisa Railey is the Head of Design at Macquarie Bank. She is a design leader who has spent many years designing product and service experiences across multiple industries, including financial services, government, retail, as well as telecommunications, and business. She has managed, led and mentored design teams in agile, collaborative delivery of experiences, both online and offline.
Lisa is passionate about the intersection of humans and technology and particularly interested in the employee experience and organisational design. She believes that we must create the right spaces and environments to work in, so that we can deliver the right experience to our customers and end users.
