Liz is Tower’s Head of Information & Technology Operations recently appointed in October 2019. She is responsible for Service Management, Service Transition, Vendor Management, Application Support, Cloud and DevOps and Network and Access Management. Liz has been with Tower since March 2018 and over 20 years, has held senior service management roles within Financial Services in NZ and the UK.
Liz has supported Tower through a major programme to simplify its technology ecosystem, introducing new vendor relationships, building cloud capability and more recently undertaking a core network refresh.
Liz has led teams through a period of significant change from both a technology and ways of working perspective. She is passionate about empowering teams to deliver business initiatives and constantly strives for improvement. She values and creates inclusive working cultures building authentic relationships across organisations.
