Louise leads the Customer Experience function at MLC Life Insurance. She is responsible for the company’s customer strategy and driving the development of an exceptional customer experience across propositions, products and channels.
Prior to joining MLC Life Insurance Louise was a Partner for KPMG UK, leading their Insurance Customer Transformation practice. Louise has managed some of KPMG’s largest customer and regulatory transformation programmes. Prior to KPMG, Louise was the Director of Business Transformation for Legal & General.
Louise brings over 15 years’ experience in leading large scale transformational change in financial services. She holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma, Human Resources from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University. She is passionate about workforce diversity and believes that a great employee experience is essential for organisations that want to grow and be valued by their customers.
