Nowadays Manuel leads others through change; inspiring them for better; enabling them to become more efficient and more effective.
Manuel’s background is in Industrial Engineering. He holds a Master of Engineering Design. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Manager, Scrum Master and Organizational Coach.
Manuel developed his career in different countries: Australia, Canada, Colombia, Germany, US and Venezuela, having the opportunity to work with worldwide recognized companies such as Suncorp Bank, The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Electrolux, Sodexo, Moen, Stanley – Black & Decker, Husqvarna and others.
