Biography
Matt joined the Mist team after seeing a large gap in the Wi-Fi market that wasn’t being addressed – those that wanted simplicity without compromise. Prior to joining Mist, Matt worked for Cisco in the Wi-Fi space for 12 years, which included 4 years in support and 8 years as a pre-sales engineer. He was the first CCIE Wireless in Asia Pacific, a regular presenter at Cisco Live, and an instructor for Cisco DevNet. Outside of being a Wi-Fi specialist, he has a keen interest in automation and integration via APIs and has built demos that integrate the Mist API with Slack, Google Assistant and Siri.
