Matt’s extensive strategy leadership experience has been developed across 25 years work in the public and private sectors. He has worked extensively in the New Zealand public sector including 15 years in senior leadership roles across a range of public sector roles. He’s also worked in consulting and training across New Zealand and Australia.
Matt’s recent work has seen him leading the development of a Digital Strategy for Courts and Tribunals in Aotearoa / New Zealand. This work, alongside a senior court Judge aid out the vision and roadmap for the digitisation of one of the three arms of Government in New Zealand. He also led the development and implementation of the Digital Strategy for the Ministry of Justice. Prior to this Matt led a Digital Transformation programme at Home Affairs in Australia. He is currently independently consulting working on a strategy for Asset Management at Te Whatu Ora.
