Michael is a digital & innovation change agent with more than 25 years of digital transformation experience in telecommunications, financial services and consulting. He helps businesses transform into digitally innovative organisations through the implementation of Lean, Agile & Design practices. As an advisor to executive teams driving change and high performance, his accomplishments include digital transformation, product development and delivery for many iconic organisations including; AOL, Blackberry, Telstra, the National Broadband Network and IAG. Michael is currently Vice President and Managing Partner of Digital Consulting for Genpact ANZ.
