Biography
I have a deep curiosity for how things work and a passion for customer experience. I currently head the digital platforms in HSBC Singapore and am responsible for the digital products like mobile and internet banking. Prior to this role I led multiple initiatives to digitise, streamline and improve our customers digital experience. Over the past few years I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best minds and passionate colleagues in HSBC to lead initiatives which won industry awards and improved customer advocacy.
Over my 17 years of career, I have handled multiple roles in industries like banking, insurance, telecommunication and dot com.
