Peter has worked in insurance claims for over 15 years with domestic and international carriers, with roles in Australia, Asia-Pacific and Europe. Currently Peter is Zurich’s ‘Head of Claims Performance’ where he can follow his career-long passion to change the way Zurich uses data, streamlines processes and enhances customer value throughout the claim lifecycle.
More recently, Peter has been leading the Claims workstream within a major Business Intelligence re-platforming that sets the stage to improve Zurich’s ability to gain quality insights from data, plus create more opportunities to increase task automation and straight-through processing.
