Richard is the CIO Head of Technology for the Macquarie Banking and Financial Services (BFS)
Richard joined Macquarie in 2014 and leads the BFS Technology team in COG and is responsible for the development, management and operation of technology services. The BFS Technology Team is located in Sydney, Manila and Gurugram. #Enterprise Agile and #DevOps is the business-wide operating model and culture which has introduced agility, innovation and increased speed to market.
In the last 5 years, BFS has built a market-leading digital banking presence across personal banking, business banking, and wealth management. This has required a full redesign and implementation of new core banking, payments, customer relationship management and electronic and mobile banking.
