Sarv was appointed Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer in March 2018, and his main responsibility is to drive the company’s transformation program, which is focused on delivering the most advanced digital and process infrastructure in the industry.
Prior to joining MLC Life Insurance, Sarv was the Chief Information Officer at the Reserve Bank of Australia, where he drove a complex transformation agenda in IT. Sarv is also a Non-Executive Director of the Can Too Foundation.
Sarv has a 30-year career in financial services with extensive experience in CIO, CTO & Executive GM roles in the UK, Australia and Asia, including holding senior executive positions during major customer change programs at both Westpac and the Commonwealth Bank
