In his current role as Head of Data at Latitude, Shan is a change agent responsible for driving innovation and a digital-first strategy. Shan has over 10 years expertise in delivering cloud and enterprise grade solutions aligned to business outcomes, customer value and growth. Prior to joining Latitude, Shan was the CTO at Stratton Finance (Carsales) and Head of Technology (APAC) at Bertelsmann.
