Shantell Williams joined Tic:Toc in 2021 as the Chief Technology Officer to supercharge the platform company’s next phase of growth. She is a seasoned technology leader with a background in IT and software development. In her role, she is responsible for understanding and building on Tic:Toc’s technical vision and its proprietary AI-driven lending platform, maintaining technical delivery and quality. Shantell also oversees Tic:Toc’s multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers.
