Simon is a business transformation leader with more than 20 years of ICT industry experience, managing cross functional teams of up to 60FTE, while leading large scale transformation programs in Cloud Adoption, Customer Relationship Management, Omni Channel, Digital & Artificial Intelligence Platforms.
Currently a member of the Private Health Insurance E-Health Committee & Executive Mentor in the Victorian ICT for Women organisation. Simon is passionate about improving customer satisfaction and business efficiencies through leveraging technology to deliver transformational changes and outcomes.
