Stephanie Otorepec is a Director in the OAIC’s Regulation and Strategy Branch. She leads the OAIC’s Consumer Data Right policy work, providing advice to the Treasury, ACCC and Data61 on the development of the CDR legislation, Rules and Standards; and developing guidance for consumers and regulated entities. Stephanie has worked at the OAIC since 2015. Prior to joining the OAIC she worked as a lawyer in the government and NGO sectors.
