Sushmita Munshi is the Head of ManulifeMove, at Manulife Financial Asia Limited. Manulife’s flagship, homegrown behavioural linked insurance solution in Asia.
Prior to this role, she was the Head of Delivery, Customer Experience, Strategic Marketing and Distribution Operations in Manulife.
An Experience Designer by training, Sushmita spent most of her career in design consulting helping large matrixed organisations across domains innovate, embrace Human Centered Design and design thinking.
