Mr. Tam Nguyen has more than 15 year experience in the financial industry, with in-depth expertise in financial planning, wealth management, retail banking, priority banking, insurance… Over the past few years, he has engaged deeply in the space of digital and automation. At FE Credit, Mr. Tam is responsible for carrying out the development and management of innovative ideas, especially Fintech to apply in all areas of the business in order to improve sales, customer experience and operational efficiency. His ownership also includes keeping in touch with external industry innovation trends and fostering internal environment for innovation.
