An Australian senior executive at iCare within the Strategy & Enablement business unit – reporting to the Group Executive (Chief Operating Officer) – Tara leads the Product Management and Delivery team consisting of 26 staff based in NSW.
In this role she works with the CEO, group executives and her peers across iCare, designing and shaping the enterprise portfolio to maximise the value of processes and system platforms through effectively linking common processes, systems and activities across business units, translating business requirements into technology enhancements, and optimising the implementation to deliver faster outcomes for our customers.
Tara’s role also includes the analysis and assessment of emerging technology trends, seeking to identify opportunities to improve or optimise our product services by increasing automation and create efficiencies to allow our staff focus on customer interactions and outcomes.
Prior to this role, Tara was the General Manager Business Enablement and worked alongside the CEO and group executives by representing the business units for iCare’s transformation program across process and technology.
With approximately 20 years of professional experience, Tara has spent 15 years leading teams as a Team Leader/Manager and 5 years as a General Manager/Director. Tara’s leadership experience includes responsibilities around strategic planning, budgeting and leading high performing teams – including distributed teams across multiple locations across NSW and Australia.
