Tim VanTassel is the Global Head of Product Management at FICO. He has been with FICO for 13 years with broad global experience across FICO’s global footprint where he has held a variety of executive-level positions across sales, pre-sales, advisory and analytics services, and delivery.
His organization spans products, services, and capabilities across all FICO portfolios, and serves to create value across FICO’s client base with the combination of software and applied analytics. This includes FICO’s flagship Decision Management Platform and related Optimization and Analytic Tools, as well as focus areas in products and platform enabled solutions. Focus areas include: Fraud, Protection and Compliance, Customer Acquisition, Origination, and Growth, Collection and Recovery, and Customer Communication Services.
Tim is a frequent speaker and commentator on industry topics. Prior to joining FICO, he worked extensively in business and technology consulting with a focus on automated underwriting strategy and loan origination systems. He began his technology career at Accenture, where he was a manager in the San Francisco office. He started his professional life as an officer in the military.
Tim resides in the Chicago area with his wife and daughter enjoying mountain biking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
