Tim is a business process consultant specialising in digitising bank lending. He has led electronic signature programs at large Australian Banks for the past 5 years. Prior to CBA, where he has led DocuSign delivery in both Home Buying and Commercial Lending, Tim worked at Westpac. There he was the Director of Customer Innovation leading electronic signature delivery in Home Ownership. Tim has spoken about electronic signature at an number of Australian conferences as well as the Electronic Signature and Records Association in San Francisco and at a Banking Summit in Tokyo in 2017.
