Zoe Fitzell

Zoe Fitzell is a Director in the OAIC’s Regulation and Strategy Branch, where she has worked since 2011. She leads the OAIC’s Consumer Data Right policy work, providing advice to the Treasury, ACCC and Data61 on the development of the CDR legislation, Rules and standards; and developing guidance for consumers and regulated entities. Prior to joining the OAIC she worked as a lawyer in private practice.
